The location of this hotel just off the centre of Canal Street, and all the shops was favourable. Furthermore, in the city Center. Our room was good sized and high-class with a view, just what was needed. A storage and sound-proofed...

convenient location but room needs attention
The close proximity to the train station made traveling easier. The staff were genuinely helpful and attentive throughout my stay.
The room I stayed in could use some improvements.

Room really clean and could not hear anything outside.
Receptionist was a bit unsure what to do. She didn't know about the ironing facilities and looked a bit lost....

We had a lovely two-night stay in a triple room and really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, especially the warm shower and the fantastic fan they provided! The hotel also has a great little lounge area and an outdoor space to unwind. Just a heads up, the room felt a bit cramped with our luggage, but it didn't take away from our good vibes overall! 😊

Hotel inside clean and tidy
Room on ground floor street facing next to bars and clubs. Until 5 am fighting, swearing, selling drugs at my window, ladies selling their bodies. Definitely not for families. I asked to speak to manager next morning. Meeting at 9am did not arrive 9.30 did not Arrive I left at 9.45. Staff where sympathetic but no offer of compensation. Worst stay I have ever had def not be back. I know they have no control over what happens on street but sound proof windows would assist greatly
